Seed to Sip: A Mocktail Workshop at Patriots’ Hall

Jul 30, 2025

This week at Patriots’ Hall, community members gathered for a refreshing mocktail-making class that celebrated the beauty of fresh ingredients and creative connection. The experience began with a guided stroll through Charlie’s Garden, where participants explored fragrant herbs like thyme and rosemary, learning how to grow, harvest, and use them to their fullest potential.

Back inside, guests got hands-on crafting their own signature mocktails using simple syrups infused with herbs fresh from the garden. The room buzzed with energy as everyone mixed, muddled, and garnished their way to a drink that was uniquely their own.

To top it all off, each guest took home a small jar of rosemary or thyme syrup, to spark inspiration for more garden-fresh sips at home.

Special thanks to Christian and Amanda with Libertad Farms and Janelle Keener, the Mindful Warrior, for guiding us through the garden!!

It was a fun, sensory-filled evening that brought people together over the shared love of flavor, nature, and good company. Here’s to more gatherings like this at Patriots’ Hall—cheers!
