- Choose actions that strengthen connection
- Fill their relationship with vitality and engagement
No matter the age or stage of your relationship, BRAVE provides practical tools to help you become the partner you want to be and build the relationship you want to have. Based on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, BRAVE was developed specifically for Veteran couples to support stronger, healthier relationships.
